When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.
When the dark winter days get you down, consider the concept of hygge. To counter the mood dampening of long winter nights, Scandinavians purposefully choose to create cozy and comfort. Some things to try:🌞 light a candle and watch the flame
🌞 make a hot beverage (caffeine free in the evening)
🌞 cosy up with a book (photo books fit the bill if your concentration isn't great)
🌞 wear your favourite sweater or wrap in a cosy blanket
🌞 reach out to someone on zoom or by phone and let them know you are thinking of them
🌞 eat a simmered meal, even if it came from a can. Tis the season of hot cooked food.
Above all remember that the sun will make its return. For now we rest and recover.
